The ART of event creation is the desire to make the entire experience one that teachers and participants will want to do again.
One of the things I keep foremost in my mind is “will this person - whether a teacher or a participant – want to repeat this”. This helps me navigate the whole experience, from the beginnings of the seeding of the event with the visiting teacher, to the follow-up of the event with both the teacher and the participants.
