Jessica - Nervous System 101
Nervous System RESET is the framework that I use when I work with clients. Having a regulated Nervous System (Autonomic) is the baseline for health on all levels.
This is the main work I'm doing with clients right now. All done on Zoom, over the course of about 3 months. I've heard the people I've worked with say they have noticed significant changes in sometimes just 1 or 2 sessions. Last week a clients husband came on to let me he was essentially noticing how much support this has given his lovely partner. It's really so inspiring to witness the way this work as affected people. AND, it's so simple, doesn't take a lot of time out of your day/life. Impactful and simple, effective and affordable.
You are welcome to read below, the musings as I was going through the program. I'm now at the point where I've interned with my teacher Jessica, and have her blessing to do this work with individuals as yourself!
I usually start by doing a complementary Zoom call for 20/30 minutes so we can check in, see what you are looking for, if it's a good fit. When I talk to people I ask that they feel a "YES" (all caps) before they begin with NSR (Nervous System RESET).
